Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has announced the date of Teacher Recruitment Examination. According to the examination calendar issued by the commission, the teacher appointment examination will be held in four phases. It will start from 19th August. In this, all the students will have to give Hindi and English test. This exam will be of 100 marks. Passing it will be mandatory. The successful candidates of TET, CTET and STET will appear in the examination. Apart from this, such employed teachers who have to get the status of state employees will also get a chance to appear in the examination. Although the advertisement for the examination has not yet been released by the commission. No information has been given as to when the application process will start.
According to the calendar, 1 lakh 70 thousand 461 teachers are to be appointed. According to the information, some information related to the appointment of teachers has been sought by the BPSC from the Education Department. It is not available yet. As soon as it is received, the application process will be started. Here, the exam syllabus has already been released by the commission. There will also be negative marking in the exam.
Employed teachers of any age can apply:
On Thursday, the Education Department said that now employed teachers of any age can appear in the recruitment examination. The age limit has been abolished for them. STET qualified candidates will get 10 years of age relaxation. That is, the candidates who have passed the Teacher Eligibility Test of unreserved category will be able to appear in this examination even in 47 years. Backward class and women candidates 50 and SC-ST and 52-year-old candidates of Divyang category will also be able to apply.
