The Process of Registration starting from 3rd of December 2018. Student need to fill the form online and then submit in school with all required Documents as stated below. Candidate age must reach 4 years in March 2019.

Student must have Group photo with the Father and Mother.
Aadhar Card Photocopy of Guardian.
Birth Certificate from Nagar Nigam.
Online Registration form.

Prabhat Tara School is a Christian Minority Institution administered by the ‘Holy Cross Sisters’. It was started in the year 1950. It is coeducational till class Vth.
Application Forms for Montessori-I (L.K.G) will be available online here from 9am December 3rd 2018 to 9pm December 4th 2018.
There will be no forms available at the school office.
Admission will be open only for Montessori-I (L.K.G). Cost of Application Form is Rs 200/-.
Submission of the form at the school counter starts on 8th Dec 2018.To know the date & time for your form submission, Please visit our website www.prabhattara.com on 5th Dec,2018.
Forms will be accepted as per the date and time prescribed on the website only.
Applying for the admission does not guarantee admission in PTS as the number of applicants are expected to exceed the number of seats available, Parents are advised to apply in other schools too.
The candidates must have completed four (4) years on 31st of March 2019 for admission in Montessori-I.
Parents must accompany the candidates for submission of the application form and verification of documents.
Incomplete / Illegibly written / overwritten / lack of supportive document or certificates will lead to rejection of Application Form. False documents / incorrect information found at any time, even after the admission will debar the students from getting admission or pursuing studies in the school.
Xerox copy the following documents must be produced at the time of submission of application form
a) Birth Certificate from municipal corporation
b) Proof of residence: Aadhar Card
C) ID proof of the siblings if studying in PTS.
School does not provide any transport facility to its students.
School administration reserves the right to make amendments in admission process and admission schedule at any time.
