Maulana Azad College of Engineering and Technology, is one of the most prestigious Engineering College of Bihar. The college was established by Millat Education Society, Patna in 1987.

Previously it was affliated to Magadh University, Bodh Gaya.

Admission Process:
- Students must have to qualify bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% marks from a recognized government and private college.
- Students should not have any receptacle in any subject.
- Moderation to the reserved category (SC/ST/OBC) students to score 45% marks at least.
- Should have completed 10+2 from a recognised board or institute for Engineering.
- You should have a basic knowledge of the subject.
- Students should qualify the entrance examination and interviews conducted by the respective colleges.
