About us :
Knowledge is Power with this optimistic vision towards the wellbeing of mankind and society the prestigious College founded in the year 1958 by some of the eminent personalities of Darbhanga namely Sri Sriniwas Mal Barolia, Sri Kanhaya Lal Tatia, Sri Rama Ballabh Jalan, Sri Shivagi Ram Parsurampuria Govind Prasad Vohra, and well-wishers in this sector.
During its initial days the prestigious organisation has started its operation in the Marwari High school premises. In the year 1961 Marwari College shifted to its own beautiful, lovely, serene campus which was situated near the west bank of Ganga Sagar. The premise was known as “Bharti Mandan Bhawan” after Manishi Dampati Mandan Mishra and Bharti’s Smarak Swarup populaly known as Proud and fame of Mithila.
