Integrated Teacher Education Programme

NEP, National Education Policy 2020 has introduced a new system for teacher recruitment because of which existing B.Ed Course will be over by 2030 and has introduced the new programme as ITEP, Integrated Teacher Education Programme.

Only ITEP passed students will be found eligible for the teacher Vacancy

National Testing agency will conduct All india basis of Examination for the ITEP from session 2022-23. 50 institutions have been selected for the admission in ITEP course. Exam notification will be soon uploaded at study bihar.

Course duration of ITEP is : 4 year

Compulsory Attendance is 90% for the students.

At present we have B.Ed course for teacher eligibility and from now onwards we will have ITEP all over India.
