Dindayal Sparsh Yojana is a scheme started by the Central Government for scholarships. The full form of SPARSH is “Scholarship for Promotion of Aptitude and Research in Stamps as Hobby “. This is a scheme mainly to increase Philately for the school studying students.
Main Motive of the Dindayal Sparsh Yojana :
The main motive of Deendayal Yojna is to increase the hobby of Stamp collecting especially for school students, which can improve their all-around development, confidence level & stress.
the objective of this Scheme:
The objective of this Scheme is to promote Philately among children at a young age. This program was Launched by the Ministry of Communication to increase the reach of Philately. In this scheme, the student having classes 6 to 9 having academic excellence as well as pursuing philately as Hobby 920 scholarship will be awarded by the Govt. to the student pursuing the hobby of Philately. For the 2023 Session, this Quiz Exam is going to be held on 30 Sept. of this month. All the Successful candidates will be eligible for the scholarship program and they will be given 500 per month or 6000 per year as a scholarship. The total marks for this competition exam are 50.
