Important Document Required for Admission 2020 :
Before Starting Online Form Keep the following item-
- A valid mobile number with Indian SIM card,
- A valid email address,
- A digital photograph or scanned photograph of the child seeking admission (JPEG file of size at most 256KB),
- A scan of the child’s birth certificate (JPEG or PDF file of size at most 256KB),
- Details of government certificate in case you are applying under economically weak section,
- Transfer details of parent/grandparent whose service credentials will be used in the application.
- Proof of Residence
- Defence/PSU/Employee Certificate
- SC/ST/EWS/OBC and BPL Candidates require cast certificate
- Physically Handicapped Candidates also require certificate from a civil surgeon or rehabilitation centre
How to Apply for Admission 2020 :
- Download the Admission form by the link which is given above.
- Fill the Admission Form.
- Send the Scanned Copy of Admission Form on KV Muzaffarpur mail Id.
