RRC Central Railway Recruitment 2022: has released the detailed notification of Apprentices’ 2422 posts in the Central Railway under the Indian railway department. There are 2422 vacant positions which are broken- up according to category wise such as SC/ST/OBC/EWS, etc. The candidates should have completed 15 years of age on 15/12/2022 and should not have completed 24 years of age as of the cut-off date of Notification.
The upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years in the case of SC/ST candidates, and 03 years in the case of OBC candidates. The candidate who wants to avail the benefit of reservation of SC/ST must produce his/her Caste certificate in Central Government format issued by the appropriate authority as per the sample at the time of Document Verification.
Interested Candidates can apply online through the official website of the Indian railway and the Submission of form, and documents required for the apprentices must submit through the portal. Candidates must click on the link provided for filling out ONLINE applications and fill up the personal details/B10- DATA etc carefully. Application fees for this exam are Rs. 100 which a candidate has to pay through an online payment method while applying for the apprentices.

Qualification for Central Railway Recruitment 2022:
The Candidate must have passed the 10th class examination or its equivalent (under the 10+2 examination system) with a minimum of 50% marks, in aggregate, from a recognized Board and also should possess the National Trade Certificate in the notified trade issued by NCVT/SCVT.
The candidates should have already passed the prescribed qualification on the issue of Notification. Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination and candidates whose results of the qualifying examination are awaited are not eligible.
Training Duration and Stipend for Central Railway Recruitment 2022:
Selected candidates will be engaged as apprentices for the period as applicable for the designated trade and they will be paid a stipend during their training as per extant rules.
Agreement of Training for Central Railway Recruitment 2022:
Before commencement of the Apprenticeship training in the designated trade, the selected candidate or, if he/she is minor then, his/her guardian has to enter into a Contract of Apprenticeship with the employer.
Selection Mode for Central Railway Recruitment 2022:
Selection will be done on the basis of the merit list prepared in respect of all the eligible candidates who apply against the notification. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of average marks obtained in the 10th class examination or its equivalent (under10+2 the examination system) plus IT/Trademarks. 6.2. On the basis of trade/division/unit opted by the candidate, a merit list will be prepared le. Trade-wise, division/unit-wise, and community-wise. The concerned division/unit as per the merit list will call the candidates for verification of documents as per the extant rules. Once the candidate is found suitable in all respect, the concerned division/unit will engage the candidate.
Candidates having the same marks, the candidates with older age shall be given preference the dates of birth are also the same, then the date who passed matriculation amination earlier shall be considered first
A final merit list will be prepared trade-wise, division/unit-wise, and community-wise, equal to the number of slots in the descending order of percentage of marks obtained by the candidate, as stated above In case any particular trade in any division/unit shortfall happened, in such circumstances, RRC reserved the right to allot, waiting list candidates of that particular trade of other division.
