BRA Bihar University student have to solve objective questions of subjective ones in the examinations. The idea has started towards implementing it for the students of undergraduate, PG as well as many other courses. Guidelines have been issued by UGC (University Grants Commission) regarding academic calendar and examinations. After this, the university administration has started discussing these points. However, the university is also awaiting the guidelines of the Raj Bhavan.
Here, due to covid-19, universities and colleges are closed for about one and a half months. In view of this, UGC has issued guidelines for all the universities. It has been said that according to the conditions of your place, apply it. The examination has to be taken on OMR sheet by UGC. In such a situation, it is coming that objective questions should be asked on the OMR sheet. Vice Chancellor Prof. Hanuman Prasad Pandey said that the guidelines of the UGC . The internal arrangements are being seen here. It will be reviewed. Along with this, further action will be taken following the instructions of Raj Bhavan and the government.
University will have to make special preparation
According to the guidelines of the UGC, if the examination is conducted on the OMR sheet, then the university will have to make special preparations for it. Till now the preparation for subjective questions has been going on. Now work will have to be done on the basis of objective questions. Also, the exam time is to be given one hour.Total no of Question is 75,only 50 Question will answer In such a situation, different students of the same subject can be taken shift-wise examination. Keeping in mind the social distancing, a strategy will have to be made for this.
