Fresh Merit List Will Include Private Polytechnic College Candidates

Patna High Court has stopped the recruitment process of 6379 Junior Engineers. A division bench of Chief Justice Sanjay Karol and Sanjay Kumar on Tuesday stayed on the recruitment because 40% of the posts in the recruitment process were to be filled by students of government polytechnic institutes which is unconstitutional. The court has ordered to prepare a fresh merit list.
