About The College:
Chandradhari Mithila Law College (C M Law College for short) has been providing legal education since 1945 in a formal way. In fact it started in 1943. Before it got the status of a full-fledged college it had been a part of C M Science College as well as C M College which were together known as Mithila College before 1941, running in the house of khan sahab of Leheriasarai.
Since there were only few places where legal education was imparted. In those days, students from all over Bihar had come to get admission here. That time tuition fee for legal education was collection at higher side generating the highest income for the said college, enabling it to develop its infrastructure splendidly and it expanded beyond the river Baghmati. Descendants of Sayed Sahab, Bar at Law Claim that the land donated to C M College was by our ancestor, Barrister Syed Sahab. particularly to Promote legal education.

Admission Procedure:
For the pass course students, students have to obtained at least 55 percent of marks in aggregate. Students from any stream at graduate level are eligible to apply for admission . Lastly, students have to appear their National level exam CLAT UG entrance examination to get admission in this course.
