Secondary Teacher Eligibility Test, known as STET, is the minimum qualification required in India for a person to be eligible for appointment as a teacher for Classes I to VIII. The test is mandatory for teaching jobs in Indian government schools. The STET is conducted both by the central and state governments of India.

Age Limit for STET Exam 2019 :
- Minimum 21 Years on 1st August 2019.
- SC & ST Maximum Age – 42 Years
- OBC Maximum Age – 40 Years
- General Male Maximum Age – 37 Years
- General Female Maximum Age – 40 Years
Pass Marks for Bihar STET Exam 2019 :
- For General – 50%
- OBC/SC/ST – 45%
Certificate Validity of Bihar STET Exam :
- After qualifying Bihar STET Examination Candidates will got a certificate on the basis of which they can be a teacher. This certificate will be valuable for 7 Years.
