The Education Department on Wednesday issued the notification of counseling for the employment of 90,700 primary and middle teachers. For urban bodies, counseling will be conducted at district headquarters on July 5 2021, for block planning units at district headquarters on July 7 2021and for planning in panchayat planning units on July 12 2021 at block headquarters. It has been decided to conduct this counseling through open camp. This notification has been issued by Sanjay Kumar, Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department. In the counseling process, counseling will not be conducted only in those planning units, where applications of persons with disabilities have been received.
Actually, this counseling is being done in those planning units, where applications for the disabled have not been received. The approval of the already prepared merit list in such planning units will now be done by the advisory committee under section 66 of the Bihar Panchayati Raj (Amendment) Act, 2021.
According to the notification, all the candidates will be given a chance for counseling. Therefore, they have been called with all the certificates to the designated camps for counseling. In the light of the order of the High Court, it has been said in the notification that the last date for appointment to the post of teacher for the disabled is June 25 2021.

Like secondary and higher secondary teacher, now more than 90,700 primary teachers will also be employed by the Panchayat Advisory Committee. The Education Department has issued a notification in this regard

- Till 02 July 2021 – Preparation and publication of provisional merit list
- 03 to 09 July: Objection on merit list
- Till July 12: Redressal of objections received
- 15th July 2021 : Final publication of merit list
- Till July 24: Approval of merit list from the district
- By July 27: Publication of merit list
- 02 August: Counseling for the municipal body
- 04 Aug: Counseling for Block Planning Unit
- August 09: Counseling for Panchayat planning unit
