The MMCE Madhavan Memorial College of Education was founded in 2013 and is recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) approved by and Affiliated to Tilkamanjhi Bhagalpur University.

- The candidate should be graduate. The minimum educational qualification required for admission to B. Ed course is Bachelor’s/Master Degree or equivalent with 50% Marks. The selection process is totally base on merit / entrance test. The minimum educational qualification required for admission to D.El.Ed course is 10+2 or equivalent with 50% Marks.
