The Students who wants to take Admission in DDE Courses through Patna University are notified that the Online Admission Process is going on. The University ready to take admission in Distance Education Course. The Patna University announced that the Admission Process will be starts from 4th November 2020

So, Students can now Apply for Admission in DDE Courses through Patna University. The Last Date for Apply is 30th November 2020. Admission will be taken through the Online Process, 10 am to 5 pm. Admission is based on first come first served for eligible candidates.

Directorate of Distance education (DDE) or long-distance learning is the education of students who may not always be physically present at a school. Traditionally, this usually involved correspondence courses wherein the student corresponded with the school via post.

Important Dates : 

  • Online Apply starts on : 4th November 2020
  • Last Date for Apply : 31st December 2020
  • Online Apply also in Diwali & Chhath Vacation.
  • Verification will be done after the Completion of Vacation.

Eligibility and Fee Structure :

Application Fees

  • Application fees on payable through Bank Challan is Rs. 350/-
  • Application fees on payable through the post is Rs. 465/- by Bank draft of any nationalized bank only valid for three months, drawn in favor of the “Director, Directorate of Distance Education, P.U.” payable at Patna.

    •  Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent from any recognized university.
  • B.com:  2100 seats
    • Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree from any recognized university.
  • B.lib & Information Science:  150 seats
    • Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in the library from any recognized university.
  • B.C.A: 30 seats
    • Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree from any recognized university.
  • Post Graduate Diploma In Marketing Management (PGDMM):  100 seats
    •  Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in management from any recognized university.
  • Post Graduate Diploma In Financial Management (PGDFM):  100 seats
    • Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in management from any recognized university.
  • Post Graduate Diploma In Operation Management (PGDOM): 100 seats
    •  Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in management from any recognized university.
  • Post Graduate Diploma In Journalism (PGDJ): 100 seats
    • Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in  Journalism from any recognized university.
